This is the time for intense creativity. We are perhaps still wanting to stay in [covid], and yet it is too hot to stay in [weather]. It is too hot to go out [weather, fires]. The government is unsure if we are to be out or in [covid]. The economists think we should be out [$]. Docs and nurses want us to stay in [covid]. Some have to work [$]. Some can’t [$]. Some think we should travel [$], some think we should not [fires, gas, $].

It’s hard to know.

So whatever your leanings, grab some ice, a thermos, ice tea. Go sit in the shade – in the moments or hours that you can – with a good poem, podcast, book, whatever. These are the days. It can be OK.
